The foundation of our model rests on developing interconnected leadership relationships, particularly through structured peer cohorts, professional moderation, continuous collaborative learning, and exceptional face-to-face gatherings designed to foster meaningful professional connections.

Our current admission process is exclusively focused on business founders, chief executives, and company owners. To qualify for consideration, candidates must meet at least one of these baseline financial thresholds:

• Annual business revenue exceeding Rs 15 Crore
• Successful venture capital fundraising of more than Rs 15 Crore
• Previous business exit valued over Rs 35 Crore

These standards represent only our initial qualification filters.

Our comprehensive evaluation extends to your professional history, current enterprise details, performance metrics, expansion trajectory, and market sector. We give particular consideration to leaders of rapidly expanding technology-driven organizations and individuals who demonstrate the potential to contribute positively to our collaborative ecosystem through generosity and active participation.

We welcome applications from all interested candidates through our standard submission process. Applicants with endorsements from existing Asoka.app members should include their sponsor’s name, as this provides priority consideration in our review sequence.

Our membership evaluation follows this three-phase protocol:

# Begin by submitting our brief intake questionnaire, requiring approximately five minutes to complete. Our team will assess your qualifications and contact you when we identify potential alignment with an upcoming group formation.

# Participate in a half-hour video consultation with our Membership Committee, allowing mutual exploration – we’ll develop a deeper understanding of your background while providing comprehensive information about the Asoka.app experience.

# Following this discussion, your candidacy undergoes additional internal evaluation procedures. You can expect to receive a determination regarding your application status within several days of completing these steps.

group sessions happen over Zoom and run about two hours each. We hold around 10 gatherings annually, with room to breathe during summer and holiday seasons. Every session is guided by a seasoned executive facilitator—someone who’s experienced in coaching and creating meaningful connections.
